How pricing works

Projects begin at 150,000 USD.

From there, the scope scales based on:

  • the size and complexity of the property

  • the number of areas involved

  • the level of completion expected

  • and whether project-specific furniture pieces are developed

Each project is scoped collaboratively following an initial conversation, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a shared understanding of the intended outcome.

There is no predefined upper limit. The scope evolves according to the ambition of the project.
